Origin story

I'm a product leader with 15+ years of experience building internal platforms, CX systems, automation, and operations technology. Most recently I was a Senior Product Manager at HopSkipDrive, leading support, safety, and mobile products. Before that I was Director of Product at Ring (an Amazon company), where I owned the CX tools behind millions of customer conversations.

These days I'm focused on agentic engineering: using AI as an active problem-solving partner, not just a tool. I build small, practical products with Claude to see what's possible firsthand, then bring those lessons back to the teams I work with.

  1. 2022 – 2025

    Senior Product Manager

    HopSkipDrive

    Led strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal tools, CX platforms, and mobile experiences across support, safety, and operations at a youth transportation marketplace.

    • Directed the redesign of a mobile app supporting 200,000+ monthly trips
    • Cut incoming safety-alert case volume 20–50% with a rebuilt real-time alerting system
  2. 2017 – 2022

    Director of Product

    Ring (an Amazon company)

    Owned internal CX tooling, content platforms, and admin tools for a global smart-home business, supporting millions of customers across email, phone, chat, and self-service.

    • Launched the Solvvy AI chatbot: 75% self-service success across 5M annual queries
    • Built a PCI-compliant inside-sales tool that generated $24MM in new annual revenue
  3. 2014 – 2017

    Senior Product Manager

    YP Holdings, LLC

    Managed the roadmap for revenue-critical internal tools and sales and customer platforms at a leading advertising company.

    • Guided the roadmap for platforms protecting $750MM in advertising revenue
    • Integrated Zuora billing with Salesforce to automate accounting and CX workflows
  4. 2003 – 2014

    GameFly, Inc.

    Led product strategy for the operational backbone of a video game subscription pioneer: finance, fraud, fulfillment, and customer service systems.

    • Scaled fulfillment operations from 1 to 6 distribution centers
    • Introduced PCI-compliant payment systems and launched a CRM for support
